Cancellation Fees

You can cancel or rebook an appointment up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled time.
You will be charged $100 for no-shows or for re-bookings or cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment time.
Are Nurse Practitioners covered by BC Medical?
Nurse Practitioners (NPs) aren’t paid directly by the government like doctors, so we charge fees for the care we provide.
Many extended health insurance plans and health spending accounts will cover NP services, and the Canada Revenue Agency recognizes NPs as medical practitioners for the medical expense tax credit.
Although we don’t bill insurance companies directly, we’ll give you a receipt to submit for reimbursement.
